Guys before you read this I am a Clemson fan so call me a homer, but I wonder if we are looking at Jacoby Ford this offseason. He ran a 4.28 40 at the combine and could be the burner we are looking for in the slot and as a returner. This kid was electric in a bottle in college and had a strong rookie season before injuries struck his second year. Like I said I am a bit of a homer but I think he could bring some juice we are looking for. Thoughts?
We need speed. He could also be a value signing Licht has talked about.
Wouldnt hate it. I would rather not go WR in the 1st anyway...so if bringing in Ford helps with that, so be it.
Ford or Andre Roberts and Paul Richardson in the 4th
Good kick returner...not sure of his value as a receiver plus seems to be same player as Demps.

He is ... if Demps is going football full-time I wouldn't bother with Ford.

That's an interesting "IF" right there.

Andre Roberts....when not overshadowed by Larry Fitzgerald, he has shown he can be a viable WR. I really think he would be a great addition & fits with Licht's "speed in space" mantra.Plus, Licht should have some solid background on Roberts....being that they both were in Arizona last year.
He's not the biggest guy (like Demps) and appears to miss his share of games due to injury. I have a hard time seeing Lovie bypassing a known commodity such as Hester to get Ford but anything's possible I guess....

But one Lovie can get the answer to with a simple phone call.
wouldn't mind having him as at least a camp body and an option in the return game.

I have to disagree in 2010 he had 3 kick returns for TD's 2 Receiving and 2 rushing.....unlike Demps who hasn't done in the famous words of Jim Mora Sr. "diddly poo"......Matbe a change of scenery would be good he can't be any worse than Underwood.
What position does Demps play again? HB, IR, or Wr?

He's the best player we've had since Myron Lewis at the IR position. We had it so good back then.
