The chancellor hit was clean and legal. It being turned into a pity play for Goldson is homeristic B.S..
I thought it was helmet to helmet too at first, but the replay clearly showed it was a legal shoulder to shoulder hit. Still, there probably would have been a flag thrown if it was Goldson. He has earned his reputation and is now a target. He gets no benefit of the doubt.

Yuup. The way Kam flipped his hips yesterday getting off a TE running the seam, to Wes Welker coming across the field was impeccable. Even a little nuance of trailing the safety to make the throw look open, then a quick burst to de-cleat Welker and dislodge the ball.... All at 6' 3" 230lbs, and is the second best safety on his team. BEAST

Where are we getting this allstar cover FS you speak of without spending money on resources that could be better off used on say our D line that had a total of about 20 sacks this year? Or how bout an og that is actually you know good? Or how bout are shitty nickel cornerback situation? agiain how much we paying for him. Or is he going to play here for free to get coached up by his dad. We need a pass rush way more then we need a safety. Need o line more then we need a safety. We need a nickel cb way more then a safety. If goldson wasn't already here and had guaranteed money owed to him Id love to have byrd. But it's not likely to happen.
