There have been 14 Super Bowls since Tampa Bay won the Super Bowl. Only two of those teams (Green Bay New Orleans) had a head coach that was also an offense of coordinator.
Teams like Pittsburgh, Seattle, New England, NY Giants have been there multiple times with a head coach.
Belickek is smart enough to know that a head coach needs to be a head coach. There is so much going on in a game. Best leaders delegate.
Koetter needs to be a head coach or become an OC and let someone else be the HC.
