I usually try to not predict trades, but as this will be my final mock, I am going to go ahead and say what I actually think/hope will happen.Trade # 9 to Tennessee Titans for #15 and #43Licht makes a deal with his buddy Jon Robinson to trade back. Licht gets an extra 2, Robinson gets Conklin.Mike Glennon traded to Denver Broncos for #94The Broncos are desperate for a QB. We just so happen to have one that fits a similar mold to the departed Osweiler. Broncos already received an extra 3rd rounder (#98) as a compensatory so they really aren't losing much. I don't believe we carried Ryan Griffin an entire year just for shitzandgigz. Round 1 Pick#15Noah Spence, DE, Eastern KentuckySpence may not be Kalil Mack or Von Miller, but he's a great DE talent. Bucs DL coach Jay Hayes conducted his pro day drills so he got a good look at him. Spence has past character issues, but we've seen that Jason Licht will do his due diligence on a player with question marks. Licht gets possibly the top edge rusher in the draft and picks up an extra 2nd in the process. Round 2 Pick#39Keanu Neal, S, FloridaJason Licht addressed a number of positions in some way this offseason. Outside of re-signing Chris Conte, the Safety position has not been touched and does need a shot in the arm. Neal has decent coverage ability but he is also a hitter that isn't afraid to attack the line of scrimmage or blitz the QB. He will bring some more attitude to the Bucs D. Round 2 Pick #43Artie Burns, CB, MiamiThe Bucs stay in Florida and continue to address the defensive backfield. CB actually has decent depth with the signings of Brent Grimes and Josh Robinson and the holdovers of Banks, Verner, JAB. But none of those guys are a lock to be on the team in 2017 either due to age, contract year, or poor play last year. If all those guys work out, great. But if not, it's not a bad idea to draft a young talented contingency plan.Round 3 Pick # 74Austin Johnson, DT, Penn StateGMC is a lock and McDonald is a great veteran presence. Akeem Spence is in a contract year. That's about it. This is a deep draft class and Licht gets his DT depth in the 3rd round. Johnson has the body, but needs some technique work. He would normally go in round 2, but this deep class pushes him down.Round 3 Pick # 94Braxton Miller, WR, Ohio StateJameis gets a shifty new weapon in Miller. VJax might not be around much longer. Kenny Bell will hopefully take over that role, but Braxton Miller is a possible Victor Cruz type weapon. In 2017 a starting WR corps of Evans/Bell/Miller could be dangerous if Bell and Miller can live up to their hype.Round 4 Pick # 108Jack Allen, C, Michigan StateSomeone will need to take over for Hawley after this year and I don't like the idea of moving Marpet to C. If he's excelling at Guard, keep him there with Pamphile as a G/T swing man. Allen is a blue collar guy which will fit well with the current OL. Round 5 Pick # 148Dadi Nicolas, DE, Virginia TechThe Bucs aren't done adding to the line with Spence and Johnson. Nicolas will need a little development and he'll get some time as he'll have Spence, JacSmith, Ayers, Gholston, and Howard Jones ahead of him. He's got speed and athleticsim, but needs some polish and some weight.Round 6 Pick # 183Dan Vitale, FB, NorthwesternVitale has blocking/rushing/catching ability and actually has 4.6 speed. Tampa needs a FB and they get one with flexibility in the 6th.Round 6 Pick # 197Daryl Worley, CB, West VirginiaMore CB depth. Good size and has good ball skills. Has experience on special teams.
