I was just wondering what the consensus would be if we hired bob stoops here by you guys.I think he could be a sleeper pick here. With him saying he would definitely consider a move to the nfl and what not. I know its a little risky to go the college route again but I think he could be a decent hire. He has a better pedigre then schiano tho.I know Gerald McCoy would recommend him to the glazers if asked to give input. The glazers are usually pretty stealth with their hires to me. Just seems with all this talk about lovie lately has made me kind of skeptical he'd be the guy. Literally the gruden morris and chip Kelly hiring then backout,schiano hires and firing have all been surprise moves un my mind.just a thought of someone under the radar to think about.

Any reason why? He won more games at Oklahoma the chip did at oregan and a national championship I know college and the pros are two different beasts from the schiano disaster but he has a much better resume then he did

Really I don't think so. Imo I think schiano was a rush in panic hire by the organization. Because when we basically had signed chip kelly and he backed out they scrambled to save face and schiano was there. A lovie hire doesn't seem like their style from how they hired the last 3 coaches. You never here about a glazer hire beforehand.
