Kinda figured this was coming.
Would still feel better with Evans resting up until after the BYE.
If Mike doesn’t have someone running underneath, then Detroit will just double him all night.

There was like three penalties that happened against Branch in a single play that were not called, but what he did to retaliate post game was not the right way to address it.

it can work, but this is game 7 for Shep & Otten (who is splitting time as a pretty solid defacto o-lineman, and taking some of the load underneath) it will be interesting to see if they can continue to hold up to the physical demands.
I think they can do it - it will be fun to watch.
Grizz has definitely been in his bag, and Baker’s 2 minute has been awesome so far - just prefer to see him slide a little more often, and not have to be the guy who feels he has to pick up 12 to 15 yards on 3rd and long.
Mike coming back makes me feel a whole lot better about our chances. This game looks winnable. Detroit is banged up and that suspension definitely evens up the odds a bit looking at that secondary. Getting Morrison & McCollum back also has me feeling a bit better from a defensive perspective.
Also pretty excited about the fact that not a lot of our offense is on tape 6 games into the season, because most of our firepower has been on the sidelines/injury report. No one knows what Grizz’s offense truly looks like when we get those ponies back on the field - yet we’re 5-1!? Shaping up to be really interesting after the bye.
