I'd be shocked if Brooks wasn't a 1st time Hall of Famer. Dungy and Lynch I think will miss out. I don't see the Bucs getting 2 of the 5 positions...although I guess Dungy could go in as a Colt since he was there just as long and won a championship there.

Unlike the MLB Hall of Fame, NFL inductees are not linked to a team.
I'd rank Dungy 55% Colt and 45% a Buc ... but I'd put Lynch at least 75% a Buc!
Even though Dungy won his SuperBowl with the Colts, I believe most would identify him as a Buc. His tenure in Indy was a year longer, but he seemed more entrenched in Tampa. Maybe I'm wrong.
