Browns are stupid. Chud had that offense playing pretty good until Hoyer went down, and then he had Jason Campbell looking pretty good as well. Another year in the system with Hoyer back and I was predicting a breakout year for the Browns in 2014. By the way a breakout Browns season is 7-9 wins. If I was a Browns fan I would be pissed. Its not like they had broken schemes. They had great schemes. I would not be against a Chud interview. If he could reassemble that staff here I would be pleased.

He is a good DC, some guys are just not meant to be HC's. But yes, its a little odd for the owner to hire him. Now he has to interview HC candidates and say, oh by the way I already have your DC hired. I think the pool of guys wanting that job, might have decreased significantly the past few days. I mentioned it here or back when I used to blog that if you saw the YouTube video of Chud in action with the Panthers (it was for the Panthers website), you would never hire him to be a HC. Personality seems all wrong.
