Well, draft and free agency is in the bag now, looking at the roster, these are the positions and possible players that could be endanger of losing their roster position or places where there may be a position up for grabs.

QB: Griffin appears to be the favorite for the backup position for no other reason than he's been in the system for a couple of years. I really only expect the Bucs to carry 2 quarterbacks on the final roster. I don't feel his place is assured, but he's probably the leader in the clubhouse.

FB: Rumor has it that Koetter would like a bona fide Fullback this season, so 1 roster position could be up for grabs.

RB: Only see the Bucs keeping 4 unless we don't carry a Fullback, then maybe 5. Martin, Rodgers, McNichols are pretty much locks. Simms should make the team for at least the 1st 3 weeks because of his experience, but even his job could be up for grabs. See at least the 4th RB position up for grabs with maybe a 5th position available.

TE: Three positions are locks. Howard, Brate and Stocker are locks. The 4th position is up for grabs. I know the Bucs like Alan Cross and he's the favorite, but there is some competition here, so I feel he's not a lock.

WR: Not sure if the Bucs will go with 5 or 6 wide receivers. Obviously Evans, Jackson, GodWin and Humphries cover the first 4 positions. The 5th and possibly 6th positions will go to players that can play special teams. Again, lots of competition at this position.

OL: Marpet, D. Smith, Dotson, Pamphile, Sweezy are the presumed starters, so that's five. I expect Evan Smith be the top interior reserve and Webster seems to be the top choice as the swing tackle. Benenoch also most likely makes the roster. So I think there are at least 1 maybe 2 positions available here.

DE: Ayers, Gholston, Spence and Jac Smith are the top 4. We typically roster 9 men between the DE/DT positions. Gholston can play both, so there is a possible position for another DE.

DT: McCoy, Baker, McDonald are locks. If the Bucs are looking for a run stopper, then one position should go to either Stevie T or Siliga. I look for the Bucs to go with 4 DT and 5 DE because of Ghoston and Ayers can play inside if necessary.

LB: David, Alexander, Bond and Beckwith (assuming he's healthy enough) are probable locks. Could be 1-2 positions available but I think the Bucs like both Lynch and Glanton. Not sure any position is available here.

CB: Grimes, Hargreaves, R. Smith, Adjei-Barimah and Elliott are probable locks here.

S: Tandy, Conte, Evans and Wilcox are locks. Not sure if the Bucs will keep more than 4 safeties.

So my wild-ass guess is:

QB: 1 possible. Ryan probable.
RB: 1-2 possible. Barber probable.
TE: 1 possible. Cross probable.
WR: 1-2 possible.
OL: 1-2 possible.
DE: 1 possible. Ward or Johnson probable.
LB: 1-2 possible. Glanton and Lynch probable.
CB: 0 possible
S: 0 possible

In short, barring injury, there really doesn't appear to be that many roster positions really up for grabs. I'm not listing the Kicker position because either Folk or Aquayo will win, so the position isn't really available. Most of training camp IMO will be to determine who gets asked to come back for the practice squad.
