Buckner vs Spence

Everyone says Spence is a better pure pass rusher as compared to Buckner. Certainly Spence's work at the Senior Bowl workouts seemed to bear this out.Buckner, of course, is an intimidating physical specimen.The general opinion is that Spence played against a lower level of competition at East Ky. where he got 11.5 sacks.Buckner at Oregon played against higher level competition, and altought Buckner is known more for his strength and more of a DT than a DE, he still got 10.5 sacks his senior year.The closeness of sacks for the year makes me wonder.Any thoughts???
