I've seen enough. Bowels has gotta go. I've been patient and given Licht and ownership the benefit of the doubt as they've kept him around for stability, but it's the same glaring issues and mistakes over and over again - soft coverages, blown coverages, weak 4-man rush, poor tackling, etc.
Bowles was allowed to make his staff changes and still...ZERO improvement, and in some cases, regression. Â
Do we go with one of these young whippersnapper coaches? That seems to be where the NFL is at. Whoever it is, needs to bring energy and innovation.

- Grant Udinski (Jags OC)
- Nate Scheelhaase (Rams OC)
- Anthony Campanile (Jags DC)
- Kliff Kingsbury (Rams Asst. HC)
- Shane Steichen (Colts HC) - on the hot seat?
- Matt LaFleur (Packers HC) - on the hot seat?
Thoughts?
The problem with Licht is that he is going to be reluctant to hire a green OC to be a HC. I am not so sure Licht should be around to pick his guy as SR alludes to because Bowles was forced on him.
So Kingsbury, LaFleur are more likely than Scheelhaase and Udinski.
