The cost of last week’s win in San Diego proved to be steep, but the Bucs’ offense is getting at least one missing piece back.
Running back Charles Sims III, on the injured reserve list since Oct. 10 with a knee injury, will be active for Sunday’s home game against the New Orleans Saints.
