Everyone wants to talk about how we're tied for the No. 1 overall pick in the draft in 2015 with our pathetic 2-11 record. That's great because we need a QB and pretty much help at every position on the damn team. People around here are pissed, and you don't need to look further than how we've performed since 2009 to figure out why. Worst Records in the NFL since 20091. Jacksonville: 28-652. Tampa Bay: 30-633. Cleveland: 30-634. St. Louis: 30-62-15. Oakland: 31-626. Washington: 31-62And our record since the Glazers started investing in Manchester United in 2003: 75-114. Does anyone have optimism here that the Glazers and Bucs have the competence to turn this thing around? Usually after a bad season you head into the offseason and after the draft and free agency you start to feel more optimistic about the following season. But I don't see a scenario in the offseason that would convince me we're going to be much better than we are now in 2015.
