I would think that this is a very attractive job for any potential new coach. We have a competitive and young Defense that needs secondary depth.We have an All Pro running back and WR, needing to add speed on that side of the ball.We have an O-line that blocked well yesterday and is not trash. Could use some pieces though.We have a QB who is accurate, is slow, but will compete for the starting job next year.I think that we are in better shape than the other teams that fired head coaches.What do you think?

Everyone seems to be drooling over the Lions, but in a non-biased perspective, I think the Buccaneers have more potential.
I think our roster is very over rated, just look at your post "We have an All Pro running back and WR"No we don't, nobody at WR or RB on our roster has been All Pro.We have next to no depth, the oline needs blowing up, there is no edge rusher on the roster worth a dam & the top QB is a solid backup at best based on what he did this year.Sure we have some talent/pieces but so does EVERY team in the league.People look at the top 8-10 players and think "Damn they've got a good roster" but you get past that & it's a train wreck.

While the Lions are a bit bigger across the board, we have more team speed, on Defense.Offensively they have Calvin Johnson and Bush but that's it.
With a question mark at QB it's not that attractive. Hard to win a division with the 4th best.

Yeah but we dont have the curse that the Lions obviously do. I mean seriously WTF is up with that franchise? All those #1 picks and talent and can't even make a wildcard. 1 playoff win in a HALF-CENTURY? And we complain because we haven't won since 2003.

It's a pretty hard sell around here, but I agree. A lot of the top talent on the team came off of some other team's roster... think about it.

I agree with you, he's got potential, he really does. He needs a coach that is going to coach to the strength of his players and not this "my way or the highway" attitude that Schiano had.He is not a Russell Wilson or Kap when it comes to escape ability so we have to protect him #1.
