Frazier's numbers as a DC are darned impressive... http://www.buccaneers.com/news/article-1/Frazier-Named-Defensive-Coordinator/b7b3c95b-0147-4438-8064-79c98886ea76
I am still a bit nervous about Lovie having final say over personnel. I would feel a lot better if we do hire Chris Ballard as GM as they already have a good working relationship and a mutual respect but also because Ballard is known as a great evaluator of talent and is very good at selling the players he likes.

My issue with Lovie's power isn't in personnel. My issue is ; Who is the capologist? Who is the numbers guy that will keep us out of cap hell and will structure the contracts like the Revis deal?

I don't care who the capologist is just as long as he doesn't continue Dom's trend of overpaying free agents.

Yeah they are! As much as I like Marinelli, Cowpokes may have done the Bucs a favor. Frazier has been much more successful as a DC.
