Bucs don't need an upgrade from Glennon

Every time I start to think the Tampa Bay Buccaneers need to do something dramatic at quarterback, the same thought pops to mind: Lovie Smith got to the Super Bowl with Rex Grossman. If he can do that, he can do the same with Mike Glennon. I'm not saying Glennon's the next Joe Montana. But I am saying he's as good as Grossman was in the 2006 season for the Chicago Bears. In fact, Glennon has more upside than Grossman ever did, and that might be enough to get the Bucs out of a drought in which they haven't won a playoff game since their Super Bowl victory more than a decade ago.

Question though, don't the Bucs because of a coaching staff change, get an additional minicamp session? If so, do they get to do it prior to the draft? Yes. and Yes.

Thanks Blind Melon, While it won't answer every question about Glennon, I'll guess that minicamp will go a long way into telling the coaches what they have in Glennon.
