If what I say offends you, you qualify for the above referenced title of...Fickle & Uneducated.

Here we sit with another gem of a draft from J.L. & Co. and yet our F&U morons are once again trying to poke holes in this draft like an obsessed girlfriend secretly does to a condom. There is a large demographic of bunny boiling, stage 5 clingers on this message board.

I feel like our draft was made the moment OJ fell to us and the rest was a cherry. A delicious cherry. Let's say we wanted to move from 19 to 6 where OJ should've(and would've) gone had Da' Bears not fudge packed the whole first round. It would have likely cost us our 2017 # 1 & 2 picks and our 2018 # 1. Expensive but it would have actually been worth it. The Trubisky pick set off a chain reaction thus pushing down a can't pass prospect to teams who weren't expecting them. It was a combo of the Trubz pick by Chicago, the RBs going 4 & 8 and the 3 WRs being taken in the top 10. The OJ pick will resonate for a decade here...he blocks like Gronk and runs like Graham...how that really helps is in play-action. Ever noticed how Gronk is often running alone up the seam? Play action. His presence in the game doesn't tip the Pats plan...OJ will give us that kind of unpredictable play calling. The en vogue WR/TE in today's NFL is just a larger glorified WR who can't block. OJ, Gronk, Witten and Eiffert are a dying breed. We just drafted a once a decade TE talent @ 19. Drink that up!

Before I discuss scenarios of second guessing, stupidity and general unrealistic expectation, let's cover the single greatest problem of all...fan contentment. There will always be bozos pining for a different outcome no matter the result. We cook have traded up to land Cook and Budda in round 2 and some bitch would still be whimpering about lost picks, no pass rush and our horrible OL. Anyone doubt that? Couch potatoes have the luxury of hindsight...the real front office warriors don't. Us and our B.S. "I would've waited until round 3 for X player or traded down for Y player" always have the picks that already took place in front of you. Hindsight is always 20/20 for the fickle & uneducated armchair GMs out there.

Second, just because you've watched the local games, news or some youtube clips doesn't make you in any way qualified to pass opinion on who to take over who. Should we have passed on Evans for Obi/Kpass/Awuzie or whoever? Really? You're qualified to make that call over a team of guys who dedicate their lives to kicking the tires on these players? It amounts to ignorance and hubris at it's disgusting finest.

Third, we're so passionate about certain players because we buy the false narratives we tell ourselves about what a certain player represents for our team. Familiarity doesn't make a player better or worse for the Bucs franchise. The overemphasis of a guy(s) simply makes the tea kettle boil over faster when we don't land the player they covet. J.L. has the 1 year Aguayo black eye which gives the armchair morons confidence to act as though they could do a better job. It's all just too hilarious. I don't care for the Aguayo pick, but there was word that no less than 2-3 other teams were either contemplating him at the late 2nd early 3rd area...or(wait for it) trading up to get him. Roberto's brain didn't work last year...his leg and body of work were without reproach prior to the 2016 season. A mistake from J.L. doesn't make you suddenly qualified to wax on about how different you would've done it...again, in hindsight. I remember losing 3 games in 2015 over kicker play...Jason played a hand to close a weakness loophole and it didn't work...maybe yet, maybe never, but he stepped up and swung for the fence. Kuddos to him!

So if we trade down we're idiots for passing on OJ Howard. If we trade back and take Budda, the Cook fanboys are mad. Flip that scenario and the Budda camp is butt hurt. We Take a RB in round 2 and wait until 3-4 on safety, then J.L. is a moron for neglecting our "biggest weakness". Leave Godwin on the board and the we have no good WRs short bus riders lose sleep...it's all a vicious cycle of bitterness, lack of trust and a fickle & uneducated fan base shitting themselves over nothing.

Smell the roses you ungrateful morons...

We have a:
1. Franchise QB 2. Two of the top 15 WRs in football 3. Top 5 WLB/MLB combo in the the NFL 4. A True HC who knows what he's doing..."quite bad-ass" really 5. Top 3 DT in football 6. A gift of a TE talent to pair with Brate 7. Five...yes, 5 capable RBs with varying skill-sets 8. Underrated OL & DL that are far better than given credit for 9. Ali move, OJ draft and J.R. return = Run Dominance (on record top 5 running teams) 10. Young talented back-ups all over the roster 11. Chosen for a major network show...Hard Knocks is a big deal 12. A GM who plays to win and in doing so has restored this franchise to respectability and relevance...In Jason I Trust!

This is quite the rant and mildly disorganized, but damn it...quit your bitching and open your eyes to what is very likely a kick ass next decade as a Buccaneers fan. Go Bucs!

Real fans, what did I miss? What else should I be grateful for?
