Bucs are signing players based on being respectable next year as they transition,not on win now mode.
I think the organization as a whole is on board with this...1 year deal 1 year deal 1 year deal,expiring contract here there,no cap hit if we cut him and him and him.
They will have over a 100 million next year.
I get that bruce isnt here for the long term ,but the rest of his staff is ,along with future hc,byron leftwich.
