Bucs Need a QB! ..... A good one!

This weekend features 8 of the top ten QB's in the game. Rivers, Manning, Luck, Brady, Brees, Wilson, Kap, Newton.....So the BUCS need a QB. What do we have to do to get that guy? I know that there has been many topics talking QB, but give us your best scenario on how we get that guy. Do we have that guy? Can we trade for that guy? Is there a back up guy that we could grab? Do we draft that guy? If so, who is it? Not just a name, but spell out the scenario and try to make it logical.

did the same GM in San Diego draft Rivers AND Brees? If so, who was that guy? The same GM that fired Marty Schottenheimer after a 14-2 season

a big part if their problems was that Marty wanted to keep Brees and the GM wanted to play Rivers. That team drafted some talent though back then. They were loaded.
