Dear Jason Licht, Dirk Koetter, Mike Smith, The Glazier familyand the entire Tampa Bay Buccaneer organization:I'm proposing the best possible scenario for the team. If the Tennessee Titans select Leremy Tunsil with the #1 overall pick in the draft, it would be in the team's best interest if you trade your #9 first round pick with the Cleveland Browns to move up to #2 to snag Jaylen Ramsey. You will likely have to offer a 3rd rounder and maybe a bit more collateral to receive this pick but ultimately, years down the road, it will be a great decision and definitely be worth whatever we have to give up to move up and select him at #2. With Jameis on the roster, there's a bond and some loyalty developing and we can assure the team chemistry will elevate and we'll have leverage for resigning them when their rookie contracts expire. In my honest opinion, this is a must-move for the Buccaneers organization. We can rotate Ramsey between safety, nickleback, and cornerback. He's an amazing utility player and with Grimes, Banks, and Verner on the roster, and the lack of Lovie Smith and Leslie Frazier's incompetent defensive schemes, Ramsey provides amazing depth and his potential is limitless. Imagine the depth of our secondary by plugging in a player like Ramsey. With the addition of Robert Ayers to our defensive line, I really believe that we have enough depth to skip over the 1st round defensive ends and pick one up later or in next years draft. Robert Ayers, Jacquies Smith, William Gholston, Howard Jones, and even George Johnson and Kournei Brown, we should be pretty happy with our defensive front. After the unfortunate events following Gaines Adams and DaQuan Bowers, we should avoid Clemson defensive ends at all cost. This means Shaq Lawson and Dodd.Jameis Winston wants to win. Jameis Winston loves football. Doing something like this will make Jameis Winston fall in love with the organization ever more and create some loyalty.I would also suggest maybe spending a draft pick on Roberto Aguayo (kickers should never get injured) and a 6th or 7th round pick on a hard working player like Lamarcus Brutus (or bring him in for the practice squad). He has great character. He's a Seminole, and worst case scenario he makes a good practice squad acquisition at a position we need some help at. He's slow for his position, but you can improve speed with hard work, proper diet, and training regime. He has the work ethic to improve and the drive to succeed, and Jameis' presence will motivate him and give him a friend in the locker room. An invaluable asset. He might not be a starter, but he potentially provides solid depth. When we won the superbowl, we did it with a Florida State QB (Brad Johnson) and a Florida State heavy defense, Derrick Brooks, Greg Spires, Dexter Jackson. We should mimic this. We should bring in a few more Seminoles on defense (should of went after Nigel Bradham). It's a travesty that Jameis Winston is the only FSU player on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This isn't a biased built towards the Florida State Seminoles players, but team chemistry is a huge factor. Coming from a lifelong football player and lover, please work on building team chemistry.p.s. Kelvin Benjiman's contract expires in 2 years. I know it's illegal and tampering if you contact him, but if he stays healthy, and if you have a few more Seminoles and former teammates on the roster, maybe Jameis can give him a call and you can properly replace Vincent Jackson by coercing him to leave the rival Panthers and come play with his National Championship winning QB.Oh, and one last thing. Keep the team and coaches together. This is the best we've looked since the Super Bowl days. Pay Mike Smith whatever it takes to keep him running the defense. Let's build chemistry. Jason Licht, you have done an amazing job up to this point. Please don't fuck it up and make the move to get Jaylen Ramsey.
