How many teams let the head coach pick the GM?Glazer did not know a good thing when they saw it. Only two coaches in the Buc’s history, Dungy and Gruden, had winning records and Glazer fired both.Since then the Bucs record is W 30 and L 61.And people ask me why I gave up season tickets after 38 years.
