Definitely could happen. Bad coaching killed us this season. Just subtracting Schiano and his staff and adding Lovie and his staff makes this a much better team.
How much of the O-line's play was bad coaching vs. bad playing? That's going to be the unit that makes or breaks the Bucs going forward.

Therein lies the problem...everyone thinks just because KC did it...now everyone can do it...The Chiefs play in a pretty crappy division!!!! The NFC South is considerably tougher...Adrian Peterson comes back from his ACL injury just as good and in record time...now everyone should do it...Lets just wait and see how the offseason and the draft play out before we annoint the Bucs the new Chiefs.
Happens every year. Besides the Chiefs look at the Panthers, Eagles and Cardinals. All expected to be last in their division and all had 10+ wins.

ummm, you are aware that the AFC West put 3 teams into the playoffs this year, right? CHIEFS, BRONCOS, CHARGERS.
Not sure we are ready to be the new Chiefs nor want to be. This team needs to be built up over time with new OL / DL / QB talent. All positions need better quality depth. This will likely take 3 seasons or more to cultivate. KC is peaking right now based on years of drafting.
