Bucs 24 Lions 20. The Bucs have had the bye week to plan this thing, which usually means they come out looking like they have no idea what's going on. The defense will give up an early TD as usual. But in the end those healthy bodies, fresh legs and home crowd will be enough to outlast the opponent. The Lions can afford to lose one here and still win the weak NFC Central. So I don't think this is a "must win" for them. All in all, it will add up to a Bucs win.
