Can Justin Evans Play Offense?

Because he doesnt have the skills required to play defense in the NFL. He cant tackle, and it literally makes me sick to see him in a Bucs uniform.

Like when he missed the tackle on Mixon then got up and half-ass ran after him. GTFOH Justin Evans - you have no business wearing that uniform.
