In case it isn't crystal clear to some, Lovie will not be fired this offseason, or even next offseason. He will not be fired if he goes 2-14 again. He just hired the new OC and Once Marinelli gets here, this will be a pretty expensive staff. The new Coordinators likely have some assurances as to tenure, and both Coordinators will get multiple drafts and off-seasons to develop their respective squads. Lovie deserves the fan support and patience to get this team where it needs to be. This means excessive time. Time to fail and mold this team. Lovie was hired to be a stabilizing force and will see his complete contract play out. Just my opinion, but the Fire Lovie crowd needs be silenced until he has had at least 3 years to bring the vision together.
