Can Winston learn to throw timing routes and quick hitters?

I constantly see him not leading receivers. Did the Bucs have the worst YAC last season? If not, it is damn close. And that is on our QB3. He throws wobbly Peyton Manning type passes with more velocity and less touch.

Also, will he ever learn to just flick his wrist for a quick screen? It looks like he needs wind up like Leftwich sometimes.

I like his IQ. I just hate his mechanics and his in-motion decision making.
