What is the deal with him? I followed his recruitment in HS and he had a couple solid years. I know he ran well and looked to be a really nice player but I know his production dipped in 2016. He's a very intriguing guy in R4-7 to me. Is there something I'm missing on him? He's one of about 5-6 WR I'd want that we could get on or after R3.
