Fanspeak, 5 Rounds, CBS Big Board, Team Needs User Voted.

Kpass is the big surprise. His ranking on the CBS Big Board went 123 to 124 to 158. In the 5th, Bucs draft 162nd. Kpass was available.
I tried to find some explanation for this downgrade, but couldn't find anything. Anyone have any info for this drop?
If CBS made a mistake, I would stick with the first 4 rounds and take either WR Reynolds or G-T Eluemunor in the 5th
