The Philadelphia Eagles have signed cornerback E.J. Biggers and wide receiver Seyi Ajirotutu to one-year contracts.Biggers has played both cornerback and safety in six NFL seasons.Biggers is a 2009 seventh-round pick of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The NFL has suspended New England Patriots running back LeGarrette Blount for one game, according to a league spokesman.Blount was already paid a $100,000 roster bonus on March 14.The suspension stems from his arrest on a possession of marijuana charge last year when playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers and running back Le’Veon Bell was arrested for driving under the influence.Blount will lose a $46,875 pay check.Follow me on Twitter: @RavensInsiderAaron Wilson covers the Ravens for The Baltimore Sun
