Colts have a ton of salary cap space...and looks like they plan to use it to get upgrades for Andrew Luck. The local media in Indy is reporting it like its a given. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000329570/article/could-eric-decker-join-andrew-luck-on-the-colts http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000329514/article/andrew-luck-would-endorse-jonathan-martin-to-colts
They put so much money into that offense and nothing into the defense.
Eric Decker would fit perfectly with Luck, Hilton, Wayne, Dwayne Allen, and Fleener. They should go after him hard.
Colts will be perennial playoff contenders, but probably won't make it far.

I agree... Not until they do something with the front 7 of that defense. That group is horrible.
They have very little other than Robert Mathis in that defense....and he's 33 years old. That's one way to build a team...spend all the cap on offense and let the defense make the offense earn their $$$.

You mean the Jon Gruden plan?
