Monte Kiffin aint nothing without Sapp, Brooks and Lynch. No thanks man.
I have respect for Monte for what he did here but no way would I want him back as the DC. His defenses haven't stopped anybody in 5 years and his defense this year is historically bad. Injuries happen but I think the game has passed him by for a while now.

Making moves to settle the fans will only destabilize this franchise. You hire the best coaches and sign the best players you can find and don't think for a second about what the fans want. The fans want to win and some think Tebow is the answer so just win and all else will straighten itself out.

I have much respect for Kiffin, but I think he may be a bit long in the tooth. I would like to see him in some kind of advisory role but no as DC. Lovie Smith as HC and Marinelli as DC I could get behind. Kubiak would be an amazing pickup as OC, but I doubt he would go for that.

Their best decision would be to let qualified football minds make the decisions.
Those guys are all feel good hires. But not exactly in the best interest of the team. IMO
