Contenders or Pretenders

I’ll preface this by saying that I have had this feeling prior to our win vs the Saints. But does anyone else feel like this is truly the year that we become a legit contender? Last years offseason despite all the hype I always felt like we were pretenders...all fancy skill positions but no real substance. OTOH this offseason we have been trashed by the talking heads...yet something seems different. It seems like this year it’s finally going to come together. Like I said, I’ve been thinking this since before the Saints, but now I’m not skerred to say it
