Could we already have our kick and punt return specialist on the team?

Apparently (according to BleacherReport) Demps averaged 18.5 yards per punt return during his four years at Florida and 28.8 yards per kick return.  Now those stats are only off 2 punt returns his freshman year but could Demps simply become a special teams stud?  I know punt returning is a specific skill set but I am just trying to figure out what his role will be...
