Dallas is an example that the Tampa 2 works

It is not about amazing talent at all 11 spots.  The problem is the Bucs don't have disciplined players.  Too much free lancing, not trusting the guy next to him to do his assignment.  Not staying in gaps, poor hand and foot technique. When you have a MIKE and safties that bite consistently at window dressing (Kelly's offense takes it to another level) the Tampa 2 falls apart.The Tampa 2 is about disciplined, smart play.Bucs players need to play smarter, or find players that play smart.
