Neither..."Meh GM" says it best.  Did a few things well, multiple things poorly.  I think he got better over time, but thats just my opinion.

Fortunately, Lovie has seen the Licht, and should soon be re-claiming the uni's of the Buc's walking dead...

Exactly. I saw somewhere, I think it was Rick Stroud, that said the rumor was that 50% of the roster would be turned over. Nicks, Joseph, Zuttah, Barth, etc are all high priced guys. Hell you could throw in Mke Williams too. Obviously you have to replace those players and with 5 or 6 draft picks, that's like 20 free agents, so the money will be flowing in the offseason, thats foe sure.

That 50% sounds huge, but when you break it down it's not that unusual for a new coach. Andy Reid inherited a pretty good roster, but I believe made 21 changes. We have 20 FAs alone, and nobody on it is a must sign. Plus, we've cut Carimi, Landri, and another guy (drawing a blank).

I believe Gruden made just as many changes when he took over the team from Dungy as Reid did last season with the Chiefs.

I see a massive turnover as well. However, this will reduce next season into rubble, IMO. Playoffs is all I am thinking about.  With Lovie, that is the standard. Good to be a Buc fan today, IMO.

How is something he failed to do 66% of the time his standard?Based on the very definition of the word the playoffs are the polar opposite of his standard.
