Does it concern anyone that he is their personnel guy and the only real stud draft choice are Julio and Ryan. Their OLine was a mess this year and so was their DLine. I'm sure Demitroff has the final say, but he would have a lot of input. I may be over thinking this, but it is a concern.
he has been under that title one year, he is known more for his scouting with Pats, Ravens,Jets and Browns
