Guy was more myth than reality. Career 42.4 ypp. He only led the league in punting 3 times in 14 years. He is 89th in NFL history tied with such luminaries as John Jett, Adam Podlesh, and Matt Turk. Not his era either, plenty of guys from his and before above him on the list. Michael Konnen had a HoF type season last year by that measure.

As did Claude Humphrey from the old Falcons. I remember watching him as a kid with Tommy Nobis and they had that old school nasty which made a kid love football and want to play it as long as one could.

1st Falcon in the HOF. I kind of wanted them to have that goose egg.At least the Bucs lead the NFC South in HOF players....
