I'm gonna go ahead and grow a neck beard... just in case.
Austin can't stay healthy. It may be over for him.
Orton is one ugly dude, I don't know if I could see him as a Buc QB.

Says the guy with glennon as the starter of his favorite team..
We;ve already got an Orton-caliber guy in Glennon. We need legit starter

Glennon is average as a starter, but excellent as a backup. In a game or two, he could keep them from doing anything too dumb and let the defense have a chance.Orton, the same thing.Hopefully, lovie will do what needs to be done. I'm all for developing a qb with tedford, but that qb needs to have great talent to begin with. This is the PRO level after all.Glennon could sit for a couple of years anyway, and it wouldn't hurt a thing. Maybe even become a better qb.
How about a vet starter that can win you some games and Glennon can backup since he can't win any games.
Have we sunk that low, that we are looking at Kyle Orton as an upgrade? SMH
I'm pretty sure Lovie kicked this guy to the curb once before. I don't think that this is going to be a good match.
If we draft Manziel then Orton is the perfect role model for him :
Well Kyle Orton is about the ceiling of glennon. Who better from glennon to learn from then the guy he best compares to. Were hopeless if that's our standards at qb round here.
Wasn't he once a QB under Lovie Smith while in Chicago? Uh, oh. Cowboys | Miles Austin, Kyle Orton could be cutSun, 16 Feb 2014 00:20:04 -0800Dallas Cowboys WR Miles Austin and QB Kyle Orton could be salary cap casualties. While the team may be able to restructure Orton's deal if he still wants to remain with the team, ESPN.com's Todd Archer believes the writing has been on the wall for a while regarding Austin's departure.- See more at: http://www.kffl.com/hotw/nfl#sthash.P9UpzbG9.dpuf
I thought Jones held Orton up as proof of his skill as a GM? Now they might cut him?
Flynn clearly isn't a starter anywhere but GB. Cassel is a more shot version of Orton. McCown is a two or three game wonder. Orton isn't great but in a world of guys like Orlovsky he is a top end backup. I'd rather have him than any of those three guys.
+1

Depends on whom we're looking at Orton as an upgrade too. I'm pretty sure most of us would be looking at him as an upgrade over Orlovsky. I'm not sure that really qualifies as sinking low.
