I know it's pretty wild, unconventional thinking to think that a longtime successful NFL position coach and coordinator would be a good future NFL head coach, but maybe the Bucs need to think outside the box. I know it's hard to refuse those mid level college head coaches and super young NFL position coaches, but maybe, just maybe, the Glazers can do the opposite of what they would normally do and see what happens. But I know it's hard for these successful business types who have such a great track record.
And Fax Machine.
No. I don't believe they did.
Dumervil's agent may have taken the fall, but everyone knows it was Fax Machine that screwed up. His career is over.
Marty-ball? No? Ok.

Hiring a proven NFL coordinator is the standard for most NFL teams. I hope they seriously consider the next time around....

Probably gonna be Lovie Smith reunion along with Rod Marinelli coming in to coach DL
I was banging the drum for Arians to be our coach before Schiano was hired. On the forums here I was in the minority of wanting Arians as the HC. Glazers whiffed on 2 hires in a row, time to hire a good GM to pick the next coach.
