DLT's Deadlocks - NFL Picks Week 2By JCDeLaTorre  Sep 17, 2015 Dlt0_Zpsqtlrqdp3.PngJeffrey G. Pittenger-USA TODAY SportsDLT joins the Bucs in trying to recover from a subpar week 1.Well, the NFL certainly is a humbling beast isn't it? For Jameis Winston, for the Bucs defense and for yours truly. Of course, we all overreact to week one. 16 teams are sizing themselves for Super Bowl rings while 16 others are running around like this guy:Dlt1_Zpszghbpk9F.png All is LostOf course, one of my favorite sayings is "The Beatings will continue until morale improves."For the Bucs and I, we have at least 15 more beatings to go.Let's get on with this week!Last Week: 9-7  56% Upset Specials: 1-1Season: 9-7  56% Upset Specials: 1-1Thursday NightChiefs 20, Broncos 13 - Is Peyton Manning finished? I don't know but I've heard the Broncos have been looking longingly at one Timothy Tebow.SundayPanthers 17, Texans 10 - The Houston Redundants are benching their QB after one game? Well, it was Brian Hoyer - why he was the starter in the first place remains a mystery.Steelers 20, 49ers 10 - Well, the Niners unveiled their black uniforms and burned the retinas of a national audience and Teddy Bridgewater. No such luck on the road in Pittsburgh.Saints 34, Buccaneers 24 - I'm not saying the Bucs defense was bad but I heard Dan Marino and Terry Bradshaw want to pad some stats against them.Vikings 20, Lions 10 - One of these two teams will be 0-2 and in full on panic mode. Yeah, that sounds a lot like a typical Lions season.Cardinals 26, Bears 16 - Bears fans are happy Chicago was competitive against the Packers. Remember when the Bears used to WIN those games? Yeah, me neither.Upset Special: Bills 23, Patriots 16 - Yep, I'm drinking the Buffalo kool-aide. Hey, why is everyone wearing tennis shoes and jump suits?Bengals 30, Chargers 20 - Cincinatti is starting off the season like gangbusters again. If only they'd peak in the post seaosn.Titans 23, Browns 13 - Marcus Mariota won't have it as easy against the stingy Browns defense but Johnny Manziel will make Jameis look like a HOF'er.Jpp_Zpshnl7Epow.pngGiants 20, Falcons 17 - Great win by Atlanta on Monday Night. Tough loss by the G-men on Sunday Night. It reverses this week.Rams 27, Washington 20 - The Los Angeles St. Louis Rams get to 2-0! The Washington franchise goes to 0-2.Dolphins 23, Jaguars 13 - WIll Jacksonville ever be competitive again? And I like coach Gus Bradley.Ravens 35, Raiders 13 - I would normally never pick the East Coast team traveling to the West Coast. Unless they're playing the Raiders. Always pick against the Raiders.Cowboys 30, Eagles 10 - I just want to see this happen for the freak out Philly fan will have. Get your popcorn ready!Sunday NightPackers 30, Seahawks 20 - Seattle 0-2? Better call Kam.Monday NightColts 30, Jets 6 - Hey, Doctor Who's new season starts this week. I'd rather watch that off my DVR than this MNF clunker. Okay, I'd rather watch that for the fourth time than this game, you got me.link
