If we roll with Schiano next season the team will finish 2-14 and we will be picking first.
Actually we'll probably be at about 6-10 or 7-9 and people will be crowing about how his "improvement" as a coach means he should get another year.
If Schiano stays, I'm not buying any Bucs merchandise or going to any games in Tampa until the Glazer sons sell the team.
F don banks, f schiano, f the glazers, and f anyone who thinks this coach should stay here.It should be outrage, but people have been alienated from this team for so many years now that it's acceptable to have ten wins in two years. We're supposed to be conditioned to believe this crap by now, while the glazers win with their new toy. They should just sell and help us all out.
They should just sell and help us all out.
+1
Terrible terrible choice if true. I just don't see how the glazers can spin this season at the end press conference they have... They can't blame josh freeman for the 3 games started and the mrsa mess where we only lost one player to a guard that played only 2 games before that. I guess schiano could play the 15 players on ir card even though only 3 of those players are regular contributors. Sad times if this is true for most Tampa bay fans if this happens.
There is a dumpster fire going on somewhere right now.
I don't think Banks has a clue he is just asking people around the league for their opinions, the Glazers never will give out their info until they day it is made, no one will know exactly until late Sunday early Monday when they make the decision on Schiano.

Right. And they will say that Revis Goldson and McCoy never quit on the field. This is exactly what Schiano did at Rutgers. We are in a 10 year plan not a 2 3 or 5 year plan. With Schiano we will go to the playoffs 2 times in 10 years and be outcoaced and one and done both times. Why keep the guy when that is his ceiling as a head coach?

Exactly this is a sense and the league not from sources inside the Bucs. There is still hope. .....
The Glazers talk to no one so no one knows what they are thinking.

Hello Famous Jameis!
"Unless the Bucs go in another direction, you can expect the same schemes to return and the same mistakes to be repeated next season, even if they fire both coordinators. As long as Schiano returns, the philosophy won't change, and promoting new coordinators from within isn't going to bring any real change. Same process, different people, same results." http://www.bucsnation.com/2013/12/27/5248170/changes-coming-to-buccaneers-coaching-staff-even-if-greg-schiano
