Doug Martin for CJ Spiller?

I realize it would have to be altered, and know player trades don't happen much.  But Rex Ryan has said he wants a ground and pound.  Not sure yet what koetter wants, but many have said screens are big for him.  Both backs could use a change of scenery with their injury history.
