So if I have this correctly...We can land anywhere between #3 (behind Houston and Washington) and #7, if we lose next week or #9 if we win. Thanks to Minnesota (currently picking 8th, i believe) having that tie earlier this year. If we, Oakland and Atlanta finish 4-12 ... Atlanta will have the best Opp win/loss record, meaning they would pick #7. Oakland would have the second best out of the previously mentioned three teams and pick 6th. Which would leave us at 5.Teams that I didn't mention (Jacksonville or Cleveland) are already 4-11 and their Opp win/loss record is too poor for us to catch, if that makes sense. But if they do win in week 17, than obviously that leaves the door open for us to move into the top 3-4 picks, in a best case scenario.
Anyone? My best case scenario would look like this :1. Houston - QB needy2. Jacksonville - QB needy3. Tampa Bay - QB needy?4. St. Louis from Washington - wont pick a DE or QB, imo. Will go OT.5. Cleveland - QB needy6. Oakland - QB needy7. Atlanta - Won't pick QB. Could go OT or DE8. New York Giants - Won't pick QB or DE, IMO
I heard them say that St. Louis won't go QB during the game, that Fisher said Bradford is their QB. We'll see if that's the case when they're picking first or second.Outside of Atlanta and the Rams, I think all of those teams might pick a QB.
Draft Matthews if he is there.
Having to draft another QB is depressing ....I was really hoping we could finish strong and then focus on fixing the pass rush and/or adding some more skill weapons on offense. Now we're going to have a new regime and be reaching for a David Carr type player.....then it's rookie growing pains all over again next season....Barf...
Nearly everyone in the top 6 or 7 are going to want a QB.
7 is almost confirmed at this point.
Draft Matthews if he is there.
most likely St Louis takes him with their pick from the Skins. they aren't taking a qb

Oh yeah stupid Redskins, damn it!

if we take a QB this season it will be completely clear to me that this organization has no idea what it is doing. I don't care what some of the dumbasses on here say, Glennon deserves another season with an actual NFL caliber supporting cast, not this crapshow weve trotted out for most of the season. im astounded that hes played as well as he has given the lack of weapons, protection, and competent coachingWe absolutely have to fix our protection issues up front and draft a passrusher. if we don't go with a DE or an OT or trade back and grab a TE this draft will be a complete and utter failure and set the team back even farther
Unless we can get Manziel or Bridgewater, roll with Glennon and take Sammy Watkins.Jackson and Williams outside, Watkins and Wright rocking the middle of the field. The 100000 running backs we have. I think we can succeed with that.Draft an offensive lineman in rounds 2,4,5

Only QB worth drafting in the 1st is Bridgewater. Other than that no reason to draft a QB in 1st round. We need Matthews, Barr, or Watkins. McCarron in 2nd or 3rd round would be okay. If we must draft a QB this year.

Heard the same thing. Would not be shocked at all to see them trade out of that spot again. Somebody will sell themselves on whichever QB is available.
At least some of the 5 win teams won so if we did pull a miracle and beat the Saints, we wouldn't drop to 10th or 12th in draft order
The draft order stays the same as it was last week if Atlanta loses on Monday night (which I expect them to do). The Bucs will still be slotted with the 7th pick. With a win next week, the worst we can do is drop from 7th to 8th if the Vikings lose because all the 5 win teams won. We are tied record wise with Cleveland, Jacksonville, Oakland, and Atlanta. With that said, Cleveland plays Pittsburgh, Jacksonville plays Indy, Oakland plays Denver, Atlanta plays Carolina. I don't see any of the teams in front of us upsetting their opponent. Most likely, the Bucs will pick 7th. They can drop as low as 8th or jump as high as 3rd. With every team in front of us (Cle, Jax, Oak, Atl) that loses...we will move up one spot.
