Eagles will announce their Week 2 starter at quarterback on Wednesday.
OC Mike Groh said the team has already made their decision, and most reporters expect Nick Foles to once again get the nod. Foles struggled in the opener, throwing for just 117 yards while completing 56 percent of his throws, but he gets an easier matchup this week in Tampa Bay.
