Innocent until proven guilty is almost like an outdated adage. Anyone who's been through the court system knows that its more like 'guilty until proven innocent' these days.

Speaking of Hernandez, he recently assaulted another inmate. He might adjust to prison life. I think sharper won't. I thought AH would kill himself or try to flee. But he hasn't been tried yet...So much stupidity.

The American justice culture is one of vengeance and punishment. Many of these posters want him to be guilty. I have no idea if he's guilty or not, but eh. Not my place.
