The Bucs have gone from 30-1 to win the Super Bowl to 200-1.
Jac Smith and Spence were expected to provide good edge rushing.
It was thought that the addition of Baker would compliment McCoy and give the Bucs excellent production at DT.
Hargreaves was supposed to step up and play at an above average level.
The addition of Ward and J Evans was supposed to improve the Bucs safety play.
D Smith was supposed to have improved and provide good protection in the passing game.
Winston was thought to be on a rapid upward learning curve and would be able to go through his progressions quicker and be more accurate with his throws.
