With the Bucs needing explosive players, I figured this was a good year to break down not only player film, but also do a stastistical analysis to reveal who the most explosive players are at RB and WR. This thread deals with WR's. Production is also important, so production has also been factored in.
The analysis is set up to capture these categories; TD's, 25+ yard rec, 15+ yard rec, and 1st downs. This produces a base number that is then divided by number of games and number of receptions. First I will list the results of the analysis in form of a grade, along with the number of red flags that player had. The bottom 5 in each category receive red flags. For the red flags there are 9 categories, the 4 above plus recg, ydsg, combination of 1st downs15+ yard rec, and combination of TD25+ yard plays. I do have a pure explosion rating for each player I will post later in the thread.
