You like a lot of good players....but you like guys that don't seem to fit here. :)Bryant is another deep, body control/body position catcher in the same mold as Vjax and MW19 - yes he is faster but their role is the same. We need the route runner and a guy who can get open consistently on 3rd and 7 and turn a short catch into a big play. We need to get chunk plays from off easier throws. Right now the players we have are built for a really high variance type of offense and we need to get a more efficient type of player for what we seem to be moving towards.

Mike Will might not even be here and VJax is getting old. Makes sense to get guys that can play inside and out.

Nah. Hill could never catch and was a 1st round pick. This guy has good hands and the whole point is he might be had in the 3rd round. He was buried behind Sammy Watkins and DeAndre Hopkins, but this last year he got more opportunities and looked really good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cabv2Rw7POI

Martavis Bryant is an interesting guy. Sammy Watkins stole all the thunder and headlines in Clemson, but Bryant is a very good deep threat and red zone target. He is over 6'4" and had a 39" vertical leap. That puts his high point at nearly 12ft. That's better than Mike Evans or Kelvin Benjamin. Then he goes and runs a 4.34 and a 4.35 which was adjusted up to a 4.42.....which is still outstanding for a 6'4" 211lbs man. He also did 17 bench reps, so he isn't a weak little twig either. Bryant is a bit inconsistent and raw....but he is an outstanding deep threat with his speed and length, and a great red zone target as well. Currently projected as a 3rd round prospect by most sites, he could be a real steal in the 3rd round. He might not be the best overall WR available in the 3rd round, but he is a good reciever, and with that combination of strength, height, speed, and leaping ability....he'd be a hard guy to pass up....If we can even figure out a way to recoup our 3rd round pick!

Was thinking the same, surprised none of the "experts" mentioned his name. He's definitely gonna be a steal

Donte Moncrief - WR - PlayerOle Miss WR Donte Moncrief clocked an official 4.40 forty-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine. He was "unofficially" hand-timed as fast as 4.35. The speed is impressive considering Moncrief weighed in at a solid 6-foot-2 and 221 pounds earlier in the week. A favorite of NFL Films producer Greg Cosell, Moncrief seems to be flying under the radar at this stage of the draft process, but offers future No. 1A receiving potential. He's currently in the day-two hunt.Feb 23 - 4:51 PM

More than long speed, the Bucs desperately need a WR with some short area quickness like Sammy Watkins or Odell Beckham.

See T.Y. Hilton?

Oh, Calvin Johnson is too old for that statistic.....Julio Jones and his 4.39 don't count? How many receivers total from the last 5 drafts have posted 1000 yard receiving seasons?

Official times is the key here, Julio ran an official 4.42 not 4.39. Official times are usually higher than unofficial so this is actually an even more narrow set of data.

http://www.nfl.com/combine/top-performers That is not official?

I think top-flight speed is a tool in the belt for receivers but top-flight speed alone does not translate to success in the NFL. See: Darrius Heyward-Bey.

I love Moncrief. I have him and Huff well ahead of Bryant. They aren't the physical freaks that Bryant is, but they are much better, consistent, well rounded receivers.
