And incidentally, don't you have a dendrite to worry about? A little acetylcholine perhaps?
He undermined the Romanov Dynasty with the seedy characters he brought into his court. It accelerated the negative rumors against Nicholas II and Alexandra and led to their downfall quicker.
True, but none of that made him a traitor like the Rosenburgs. He supported the Tsar ( or more the Tsar's wife supported him but in any case he was clearly in their camp and not allied with the revolutionary nobles in any way. Not calling him a saint but he doesn't fit in this category.

I started that way but the extra X was forced on me so I gave it up.
OK, Rasputin wasn't the best example. Michael Clayton would have been a better example!!

The nerve of some people! :}
Yo, man. Just say no to Rich McKay. He left hear on a terrible note man. Cant imagine dude wanting to come back after he left us in salary cap hell and had bad drafts in his final few years here. The Glazer boyz cant think much of McKay neither if they just let him walk to a division rival. Saying McKay could come back is just speculation dawg.
IIRC the Glazers usurped his authority and hired Gruden on their own. At that point, the game was over. The question is not would the Glazers hire McKay, the question is would McKay ever work for the Glazers again, and the answer is an emphatic NO!There are ways around the salary cap. McKay knew this. The problem in 2003 was the players Gruden and Allen brought in. They had no problem bringing in players and working around the cap. They just sucked with almost very single personnel decision they made. Forget about McKay because he would never ever work for the Glazers again. He is in a professionally run organization right now. Why would he take a step back and come here?
Ozzie Newsome please. Get it done.
First of all McKay is titled in Atlanta as "President & CEO"... http://www.atlantafalcons.com/team/staff.html WHY would he want to return here as a lowly GM, or at all? If the Glazers actually hire a coach before a GM, I expect the GM will come from inside. Quarles, Stokes, perhaps another name...

And that all occured AFTER McKay had brought in Marvin Lewis as his choice for HC. The Glazers said "NO". I believe they had already stipulated they wanted an OFFENSIVE-MINDED HC, which McKay appeared to have deliberately ignored... The challenge was on, and McKay lost...
These aren't my personal choices. Speculation from stories coming out and speaking to others. I was not a fan of the way McKay left the team's salary cap, but without the insane money given to rookies now, salary cap management is a little easier these days. I also don't think he did a great job in Atlanta.

A concept many have difficulty grasping.

How did that work out ? How many points did the Bengals score this year lol?A really good head coach with a really good oc and a good qb can go far. You dont need an offensive minded coach as much as you need a good oc, because your head coach should be delegating duties anyway, unless your model is a micromanaging coach. But it sounds like you are okay with micromanaging owners. I am not. Those types own the most futile franchises in the entire NFL. Washington, Dallas, Cleveland. They all use this model and suck. Dont forget the Raiders. No thanks. Hire a GM to do that job and back off. Stop meddling.The Glazers need to hire someone and stand by their decisions. They need to stop the micromanaging at the top if you ask me.
