I know its incredibly difficult for some but I will ask anyways. Please try to think of this objectively versus emotionally. Bring in a new coach will do the following which happens all the time. The new coach may or may not (in this case) see Winston as our future including McCoy. I understand how fans and the media alike act when such a loss occurs. However, firing Lovie isn't the answer. Considering the time since firing Gruden, I think this is the best team we had in a while. We have a new QB that shows promise, an OL that is improving even with two starting rookies, the WR corps, LB corps, and DL are good. I will say we still need help at TE, DE, and the secondary. I know fans don't want to hear it but building a team takes time. Look at Carolina. They hard terrible seasons under R. Rivera and now things are starting to click for them. I am not saying they are Superbowl bound but they are looking good. Also, fans may look at the instant success of Atlanta and their new coach. Again, as fans we never know if the new coach will work their inherited team or make an overhaul. Fans don't like Atlanta but a few minor adjustments on defense were needed to them a complete team as they are now. Just like Carolina those teams took years to build. We have been through this too many times to just give up on Lovie. I guess needs to decide what they really want. A team like our Superbowl team that won it all and sucked afterwards or a later having a team that will stay above .500 for multiple years.
